  • Technical Drawings
  • Finish, Fixture, + Appliance Selection

  • Construction Details
  • Millwork Details

Before we move on: CD Package Approval

Construction Documents

  • Contractor(s) provide pricing and schedule
  • Negotiate proposals + award contract
  • Obtain building permits

With a GC on board, its time to build.

Contractor Selection

Bidding + Negotiation

  • Weekly site meetings
